For 10 years, the buzz of popularity for WiCyS events has steadily increased. Their annual conference is the premier event to RECRUIT, RETAIN and ADVANCE women in cybersecurity. Women and their allies are encouraged to attend and meet cybersecurity professionals from academia, research, government, and industry.
This year, the registration opened on Feb 19, but filled up within a couple of days. At this point, even the waitlist is closed! This demonstrates the popularity of the event.
However, now for the first time, you can join a virtualized (live) version of the conference on Zoom a few days later. It will feature 19 virtual breakout sessions, five recorded keynotes, and a virtual career fair. It's a single-day event that runs from 10AM to 5PM Central.
Costs: For WiCyS members $100. For non-members $200. WiCyS student members $20.
