Industry or Academia, which path to choose? Often this is a choice people feel they have to make during the course of their careers. In the Cybersecurity industry there is much debate around degrees vs. certifications vs. real world experience, it can be helpful to hear from someone who has pursued it all.

In this evening talk, Sean will reflect on his decades in the Security field alongside his personal passion for learning. He’ll talk about his experience in his Doctorate program, the challenges and the rewards, and how that has impacted his career.

This will be a hybrid meeting (both in-person and online). You may attend remotely via Zoom or attend in person. Either way, please register!
