GenCyber Professional Workshop for Teachers

See how your school can introduce cybersecurity skills to a younger audience.

Data breaches and ransomware attacks continue to evolve. Therefore, cyber defenders must increase in numbers and must modernize their skill sets. WA state has over 30 community and technical colleges offering cybersecurity programs. But, to increase enrollments, younger students should be introduced to this exciting and well-paid career path.

High school teachers are encouraged to register for this workshop by July 26th.

This two-day GenCyber training will enhance your knowledge and skills in the field of cybersecurity and show you practical techniques for including information security knowledge into your existing courses.

No prior cybersecurity experience is required. You will be provided with with a diverse range of free resources, ensuring you have the necessary materials to engage and educate your students effectively.
