Join us for the October CCoE Virtual Town Hall! We are excited to feature Chris Lamb, Program Manager for WaTech’s Washington State Enterprise Cloud Computing Program (ECCP).
The ECCP represents a pivotal transformation in workforce training and cloud readiness, driving Washington’s strategic digital shift to the cloud.
In this session, Chris will provide an in-depth look at the ECCP's mission, explore the 12 distinct IT workforce personas WaTech is training and hiring for, and outline the skills matrix essential for each role. This is a unique opportunity to gain insights from one of Washington’s leading IT and cybersecurity employers on the evolving skill sets and competencies required for enterprise cloud deployments. The ECCP training and technology strategy is a role model for other industries that plan cloud migrations.
